How do we transform education?

  • What is the role of the school building; disconnect between what learn at school and how we respond in life
  • About environment, family, elders, community not one solution that will work for world
  • Curriculum irrelevant if it doesn't meet needs of child and community
  • Separate principle from application which can be useful for guiding and application of curriculum application
  • Teacher training who is training the trainer
  • Education has been how to, rather than what for
  • How to make teacher training programs more universal in application to different states and countries
